Simple, transparent Merchant Discount Rates (MDR) with no hidden charges.

1. Standard MDR Rates

2. Volume-Based Discounts

Lower MDRs may be offered for high-volume merchants.

Monthly volume above PKR 5 Million – Custom pricing available
Enterprise merchants – Negotiated MDR and settlement terms

3. Additional Fees

Chargeback Fee	PKR 2,000 – 5,000 per dispute
Settlement to Bank Fee	May apply depending on banking partner
Rolling Reserve (High-Risk Merchants)	5% – 15% (if applicable)

4. Custom & High-Risk Businesses

Certain industries may have different pricing due to chargeback risk, regulatory requirements, or banking partner rules. These include travel services, digital goods, subscriptions, and cross-border businesses. Custom underwriting and reserves may apply.

5. No Hidden Charges

No setup fees for standard merchants
No monthly gateway fee (unless enterprise features are required)
No hidden maintenance costs

6. Important Notes

MDR is deducted automatically from each successful transaction
Settlement timelines may vary due to bank holidays or compliance reviews
Pricing is subject to risk assessment and approval
Volzix reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice
