These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Volzix’s website, payment gateway, APIs, merchant tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Volzix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Volzix provides digital payment processing, merchant acquiring support, and financial technology services. Volzix acts as a technology platform and does not hold customer funds unless explicitly stated under a separate agreement.
As a Volzix merchant, you agree to:

Volzix reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in high-risk or restricted activities.
Account approval is subject to risk and compliance review. Volzix may monitor transactions, request additional documents, and reassess risk at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose financial, legal, or reputational risk.
Merchants agree to pay the transaction fees, settlement fees, and any other charges specified in their merchant agreement or pricing schedule. Volzix reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.
Merchants are fully responsible for customer refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Volzix may deduct disputed amounts, penalties, and processing fees directly from merchant balances. Excessive chargebacks may lead to account suspension or termination.
Volzix uses automated and manual fraud detection tools. We may block, reverse, or hold transactions that appear suspicious. You agree to cooperate with fraud investigations and provide requested documentation.
Your use of Volzix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Merchants must not store sensitive payment data unless compliant with applicable security standards.
All Volzix software, branding, APIs, and systems remain the property of Volzix. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Volzix is not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, banking networks, telecom providers, or force majeure events.
Volzix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Volzix in the preceding three months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Volzix harmless from any claims, losses, penalties, or legal expenses arising from your business activities, customer disputes, or violation of these Terms.
Volzix may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, pose regulatory risk, or engage in suspicious activities. Upon termination, we may hold funds to cover potential disputes or liabilities.
Both parties agree to keep non-public business, technical, and financial information confidential.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Volzix may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
