If chargebacks, refunds, or penalties cause a merchant account to have a negative balance, the merchant agrees to repay the outstanding amount immediately. Volzix reserves the right to recover funds through legal or collection methods if necessary.

Volzix may establish a reserve (rolling or fixed) to cover potential refunds and chargebacks. Funds in reserve may be held for a specified period after account closure to cover future disputes.
